The SM will coach and manage the total store and will be responsible for financial performance to goal of their assigned areas. The SM will be required to work with others in the organization in a professional and progressive manner and will be required to be an excellent communicator with high business acumen in order to best facilitate sales and growth of the store to which they are assigned.
