Under the direction of the Mission Director, this position provides compassionate individual attention to clients in the ministry programs with a focus of binging over-arching Biblical principles into practical daily living. The Evening InReach Chaplain provides spiritual leadership and operational oversight during evening hours, including coordinating guest check-in, chapel services, volunteer activities, and other Mission activities. This role conducts one-on-one meetings with new and returning guests to provide crisis support, pastoral care, and ministerial counseling while assessing immediate spiritual and practical needs, as well as leads Bible studies and other Biblical classes and actively encourage and recruit qualified guests to participate.

• Acts as a mediator during times of conflict and crisis.
• Facilitates Chapel, Bible Studies, individual, small group and large group classes and recovery endeavors.

• This position will obtain and maintain ServSafe certification.
• Completes inventories of kitchen supplies and ensures that temperature logs are maintained.
• Manages the development of healthy weekly menus for clients and schedules the staffing for meal preparation, service, and clean-up.
• Oversees the development, placement, and reception of orders for food and other kitchen supplies.
• Ensures that all food products are refrigerated, cooked, thawed and served in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintains facilities appliances, equipment and stored food in accordance with ServSafe's guidelines and public health directives.
• Ensure proper cooking of all meats at the required temperature & for the prescribed length of time as directed by ServSafe's standards and public health directives.

• Performs daily inspection of truck using the DOT inspection form.
• Operates truck to acquire donations for the ministry
• Makes determinations regarding if the donations are acceptable based on WRMs quality standards
• Loads and unloads donations in a systematic way that promotes best use of space and minimizes damage to the donated items.
• Must be able to communicate with donors in a professional manner.
• Fills out daily reports regarding vehicle routes and donation.
• Maintains professional appearance and hygiene.
• Maintains appearance of the truck.
• Maintains all equipment used on the truck (straps, dollies, furniture covers)
• Provides excellent customer service while assisting customers
